We want you to love your glow, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all skincare products are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Pack Your Products

  Securely package your items in their original box, ensuring all lids are tightened to prevent leaks during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is confirmed.
